Scotland’s first week long celebration of bus, Scottish Bus Week, is to take place from Monday 23 May – Sunday 29 May 2022 across the country.
Scottish Bus Week is an opportunity to celebrate bus and the role it can play as a solution to the biggest challenges we face. It is also a chance to show gratitude to those working in bus who provided essential services throughout the pandemic.
An initiative from #lovemybus (from Transform Scotland) supported by Paths for All and GlasGo Bus partners – including First Bus, Stagecoach, and West Coast Motors – Scottish Bus Week will be delivered in partnership with CPT Scotland.
If you, your workplace or local group would like to take part in your own way – with an open day, a celebration of bus, a presentation about all the benefits of bus or a fun challenge to encourage your team to choose bus, improve health and reduce climate emissions – do let the team know so they can include you in the Programme! Free presentations and pop up displays are available on request.
